  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup fresh or dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, coconut oil, and egg until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a firm dough forms.
  5. Fold in the chopped cranberries evenly throughout the dough.
  6. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼-inch thickness.
  7. Cut into strips (5 inches long and ½ inch wide) using a knife or pizza cutter.
  8. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until firm and golden brown.
  9. Allow cooling in the oven for an additional 15 minutes for extra crunch.
