  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup plain non-dairy milk
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • Gluten-free breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, non-dairy milk, garlic powder, and salt until smooth. Add the florets and toss to coat.
  3. Coat the battered cauliflower in gluten-free breadcrumbs and preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  4. Air fry in batches for about 10-13 minutes until crispy and golden.
  5. While frying, prepare the sauce by sautéing minced garlic and ginger in oil, then adding remaining sauce ingredients and thickening with cornstarch mixed with water.
  6. Once cooked, toss wings in the sauce before serving.
