6 cups water
4 green tea bags
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup clover honey (adjust to taste)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes, lemon slices, and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, bring water to nearly boiling, then remove from heat.
Steep green tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes.
Remove tea bags and pour brewed tea into a blender. Add blueberries and blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, using a silicone spatula to extract all juice.
Stir in clover honey until dissolved, followed by fresh lemon juice.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving over ice.
