  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup cinnamon sugar
  • 4 granny smith apples (peeled and cut into medium pieces)
  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cups cool whip or whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into triangle shapes. Brush each triangle with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Place the triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
