  • 1 ¼ cups (290 g) mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cubed chicken with olive oil and spices until evenly coated.
  2. Thread 4-5 pieces of marinated chicken onto each soaked skewer.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey; reserve half for serving.
  4. Brush the remaining sauce over the skewers.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve immediately with reserved sauce drizzled on top.
