  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles (10 oz)
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chiles, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and toss with sour cream.
  5. Spread creamy noodles in the baking dish; top with beef mixture and sprinkle cheeses evenly.
