Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  2. If using fresh blueberries, rinse them; if using frozen, thaw them slightly.
  3. Combine Greek yogurt, mashed banana, and blueberries in a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for consistency.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone bone-shaped molds.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours until solid.
  7. Remove from molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
