  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 ¾ cups fresh blueberries
  • 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; press into a pie dish.
  2. For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, flour, vanilla, and egg until well combined.
  3. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the crust.
  4. Toss blueberries with flour and sugar; layer over the cheesecake filling.
