  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add seasoned sirloin strips and sear until golden brown on each side (about 3-4 minutes each).
  4. Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream and whole milk, stirring gently.
  5. Add Velveeta cheese cubes and stir until melted and smooth.
