Ingredients
Scale
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
12 oz rotini pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup whole milk
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Boil salted water in a large pot; cook rotini until al dente (about 8–9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Pat steak tips dry; season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat; sear steak tips until caramelized (3 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and whole milk; mix well.
Stir in softened cream cheese until melted and smooth; then incorporate grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella until blended.
Fold cooked rotini into the sauce; ensure pasta is well-coated.
Plate rotini topped with steak tips; garnish with fresh parsley.
