- 2 tbsp butter (divided)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
