- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 pound raw shrimp (deveined, cleaned, tail removed)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Sauté shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and sprinkle in Cajun seasoning, stirring until simmering.
