  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak tips
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook rotini pasta until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Pat steak tips dry and season with salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak tips until browned (3–4 minutes), then remove and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and milk; mix well. Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Gradually incorporate Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until melted and creamy.
  7. Add cooked rotini to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Use reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  8. Serve topped with seared steak tips and garnish with chopped parsley.
