  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 chamomile tea bag (or 2 teaspoons loose chamomile)
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Steep one chamomile tea bag in hot water for 5-10 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Heat the beef broth in a small saucepan until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Add the unflavored gelatin to the hot broth and let it bloom for about 5 minutes while stirring gently.
  4. Stir in the peanut butter and cooled chamomile tea (remove the teabag) until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Remove from molds and serve as a calming treat for your dog.
