Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Optional: While cooling, whisk together powdered sugar with maple syrup and milk for the glaze.
