  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • Sweet chili sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F and shape wonton wrappers using an upside-down muffin tin; bake for 7-9 minutes until golden.
  3. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until done.
  4. Toss coleslaw mix and green onions with sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey.
  5. Assemble tacos by filling wonton shells with chicken and slaw; drizzle sweet chili sauce on top.
