  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion until translucent, then add minced garlic until fragrant.
