  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F).
  2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine. Let simmer for about 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and add to the skillet with the sauce.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and toss with pasta in the creamy sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
