  • 200g mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 100g cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until translucent (3–5 minutes).
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until softened (about 5 minutes), then stir in spinach until wilted.
  4. Season with salt and pepper; mix in grated cheese and cream cheese.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place a teaspoon of filling on each square, fold to seal, and brush with beaten egg.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
