  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon & pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash chicken grilling blend
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine panko and Italian bread crumbs with garlic powder and other seasonings.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk together in another bowl until blended.
  3. Dip each cod fillet into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil; arrange fillets in a single layer and lightly spray tops.
  6. Cook for about 11 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
