  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup canned black beans (drained)
  • 4 oz green chiles
  • 6 fajita-sized flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • lemon/lime juice

  5. Arrange tortillas on a baking sheet; sprinkle cheese and spoon turkey mixture onto half of each tortilla.
