  • 5 chicken cutlets
  • 12 French baguettes
  • 2 romaine hearts (chopped)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Âľ cup panko crumbs

  1. For the creamy Caesar dressing, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  2. Next, prepare the chicken cutlets by seasoning them with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station using flour mixed with smoked paprika in one plate, whisked eggs in another, and panko crumbs mixed with spices in the last.
  3. Dredge each chicken cutlet in flour, dip into eggs, then coat with panko crumbs.
