  • 3 Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chiles (not drained)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 Onion (diced)
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 4 oz cream cheese (diced)
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg Spaghetti (16 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add diced tomatoes with green chiles (do not drain), cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced onions, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3–4 hours or low for 6–8 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken directly in the crock pot.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
  6. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  7. Combine spaghetti with the cheesy chicken mixture in the crock pot and stir well before serving.
