Cucumber and Dill Pinwheels are the ideal appetizer for any occasion, combining fresh flavors and a delightful crunch.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh dill and slice cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dill on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Arrange cucumber slices across the tortillas.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing into pinwheels.
  8. Cut each log into 6 equal portions and serve on a platter.
