  • 2 portions fresh egg noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp tahini or peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp chili oil
  • Handful of leafy greens (yu choy, bok choy, etc.)
  • Chopped green onions and crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, wine, and black pepper. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl; set aside.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat, add oil, then stir-fry the marinated meat until cooked. Mix in preserved mustard greens.
  4. Cook noodles according to package directions; add greens in the last minute.
