  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or oat flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (optional)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • Small dog biscuits (optional)
  • Carob chips (optional)
  • Blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, peanut butter, eggs, and applesauce until smooth.
  3. Gradually mix in the flour and baking soda (if using) until well combined.
  4. Fill each muffin liner about 3/4 full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow cupcakes to cool before frosting with a mixture of Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
