Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 ounces linguine pasta
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once hot, sear the seasoned steak cubes for about 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Sprinkle in flour and whisk for about a minute.
  4. Gradually add whole milk while whisking continuously until thickened (about 3–4 minutes). Mix in cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Stir in all cheeses until melted and combined into a creamy sauce.
  6. Fold in cooked linguine and seared steak until well coated. Allow everything to heat through before serving.
