  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into uniform fries.
  2. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; spread on a baking tray.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix cubed chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley; let marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  6. For the dip: Combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley; mix well.
