  • 1 pound thinly sliced smoked deli ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg white (for topping)
  • Poppy seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish by lightly oiling it.
