  • 1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 jalapeños (seeded and diced)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 6 tbsp fat-free cream cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a muffin tin.
