  • 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Mix honey and soy sauce in a bowl; pour over shrimp in the skillet.
  5. Stir in broccoli florets and sliced carrots; cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until veggies are tender but still vibrant.
  6. Serve the shrimp mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
