  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 80g cocoa powder
  • 300g chopped Kit Kats
  • 150g chopped chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Gradually incorporate sifted dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Gently fold in chopped Kit Kats and chocolate.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets (6 per sheet) and press extra Kit Kat on top if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-16 minutes until edges are set.
