- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8–10 pepperoncini peppers
- ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
- ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced into pads
- Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
- Scatter diced onions at the bottom of the pot.
- Layer chicken breasts on top of the onions.
- Sprinkle au jus gravy and ranch dressing mixes evenly over the chicken.
