  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
