  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers for about 3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika; mix well.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and add penne pasta along with the cooked chicken. Bring to a simmer and cover; cook for 10–12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  5. Lower heat and stir in BBQ sauce and heavy cream until combined.
