  • 1 cup Oreo pieces
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature slightly beaten)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed light or dark)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Dutch process cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt (for filling)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (for glaze)
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1/4 cup Oreo crumbs (for glaze)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy.
  2. Mix in eggs, sugar, salt, and butter, then gradually add flour to form a smooth dough.
  3. Allow the dough to rise for about an hour, then roll it out.
  4. Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with filling ingredients.
  5. Roll up tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish to rise again.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
