  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 pint tomatoes
  • 3 medium ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 big handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • Balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Prepare garlic butter by mashing butter with half of the minced garlic and a pinch of salt.
