  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
  • 25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in marinara sauce and minced garlic; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Layer one-third of the meat mixture in the baking dish, followed by frozen ravioli and half of the ricotta mixture. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce on top.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top layer. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving garnished with parsley.
