  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk (2%)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3.5 oz crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup Italian flavored breadcrumbs
  • Kosher salt & fresh black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain and return to pot.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat, then whisk in flour to create a roux.
  4. Gradually add milk, whisking until smooth. Stir in cream cheese, goat cheese, and rosemary until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni and transfer to an oven-safe baking dish (8"x8").
