  • 1 lb ribeye or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions in salted boiling water. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
