  • 10 oz bagged cabbage slaw
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked edamame
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • Salt, sesame seeds, and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Once cooked, set aside to cool.
  2. In a dressing shaker or jar, combine olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and salt. Shake well to mix.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with edamame and cabbage slaw. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss with tongs until evenly coated.
