  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz flank or sirloin steak, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • For the teriyaki sauce: ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by peeling shrimp and slicing steak against the grain. Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey to create the teriyaki sauce; stir until well blended.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned; flip and cook for another minute. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add shrimp to the same skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink. Return steak to skillet.
  5. Pour teriyaki sauce over proteins and add cooked noodles; toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot garnished with chopped green onions.
