  • 4 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1 cup date sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2.5 cups organic powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Proof the yeast in warm water for about 10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add proofed yeast and wet ingredients; stir to form a dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes to an hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F while preparing your filling.
  5. Roll out dough into a rectangle.
