  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 12 oz smoked turkey sausage (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 large yellow onion (cut into wedges)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 5 tbsp salted butter (melted)
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lemons (cut into wedges)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp, baby potatoes, corn rounds, and sausage to the bowl; toss until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Cut heavy-duty aluminum foil into squares (about 12×12 inches) and spoon equal portions of the mixture onto each square.
  4. Fold the foil over the ingredients securely to seal in flavors and moisture.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Place foil packets on the grill for about 15 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove packets from grill using tongs and let them sit for five minutes before opening.
