  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the seasoned chicken for about 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for five minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In the same skillet over low heat, combine honey and ranch dressing, whisking until warmed through.
  6. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Heat gently for another 2–3 minutes.
