  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for crumb topping)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
  2. In one bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth for the filling.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine beaten eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients gently until just combined.
