Ingredients

  • Olive oil or butter
  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Cream cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil or butter and sauté sliced mushrooms for 8-10 minutes until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 additional minute.
  2. Reduce heat to low and mix in softened cream cheese and sour cream until melted and combined.
  3. Stir in half of the mozzarella and all of the Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Top with remaining mozzarella and transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
