Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into thick cubes
  • 1012 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell pepper strips
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear the steak for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, melt butter, add minced garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp along with paprika and optional red pepper flakes; cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Return the steak to the skillet with sautéed shrimp, adding spinach and roasted red bell peppers. Toss in cooked spaghetti along with reserved pasta water for a silky sauce.
  5. 5. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley or chives.
