- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Boil linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant; be careful not to burn it.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, then pour over the chicken in the skillet. Simmer until thickened.
