  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant; be careful not to burn it.
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, then pour over the chicken in the skillet. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Toss cooked linguine in the skillet with the chicken and sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
