  • 1 kg mixed seafood (shrimp, salmon, white fish)
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1.5 liters seafood or chicken broth
  • 200 ml white wine (optional)
  • 500 ml double cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley and thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onion, celery, carrot, and garlic until soft.
  3. Add mixed seafood and diced potatoes to the pot; stir gently.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture; slowly add broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Bring to a gentle boil then reduce heat; simmer for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir in double cream gradually; season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Ladle into bowls; garnish with parsley and thyme.
